Small devices and liquids still need secure storage.
Out of reach is the starting point
Nicotine liquids and devices should be kept away from children and pets. Store them securely and preserve original labels. Do not leave them beside food or drinks, or transfer liquid into a container that could be mistaken for something else.
Damage changes the situation
A leaking, swollen or unusually hot device needs attention rather than routine use. Stop using it and follow appropriate manufacturer and local safety advice. Do not puncture or attempt to repair a battery. Keep the item away from heat while arranging an appropriate next step.
